Varsity—Rising Grades 10-12
 
  1. All players not out for a spring sport at Ridge should be in the strength room on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 2:40-4:15/30.
  2. STF denotes Strength Room, LF—denotes Lee Field or the hill for agility and/or skills work
  3. * Only players whose physicals have been cleared will be issued equipment.
  4. Frosh Times are in the calendar as well
